Very fast delivery, package did not have a single dent despite being fairly soft cardboard. All customs clearance done with minimal fuss. UPS is definitely my service of choice.

heyyy this is mona i still havent heard about my delivery AND ITS TAKING TO LONG ITS BEEN A MONTH I HADNT GOT my stuff!!!!!! so i asked for my damn refund and she said she still waiting one of yall GOT ME FCK Up!!!

Package delivered good in reasonable time; slight delay from usually expected (8 to 10 days) because of weather events in Texas and other places, which isn't their fault.

Deliveryperson simply left the massive 80lb box down on the sidewalk, did not attempt to contact me or ring my doorbell, just expected me to know it was there. Additionally, I was promised that the deliveryperson would help bring it inside and upstairs since I have a disability, but they did not do this, so I had to call family members to come over from several towns away to get it inside and upstairs for me. The item also arrived visibly damaged and does not even work, which we believe is the result of the damage to the item, caused by the delivery courier. We will be filing a complaint and possibly pursuing legal action.
