I can not understand how a package that comes from the United States and that has been subjected to many strict reviews, has stopped at an Exchange Point at the airport in Mexico City. It smells like stealing. We all know that in this place much of the shipping that is sent from China and the United States is lost. Changing the guide numbers is one of the most common practices and disappearing the package in another direction is one of the most common practices.

I have just order a makeup kit and that’s it. Today is 69th day and still my package has not arrived. This is the worst service ever i have used. In dis day and age of globalisation I don’t expect a parcel to not to get dilivered within 69 days also. I live in india. It is a peaceful country and atleast a post can reach on time here altleast. Can you do something about my problem ? I really want my parcel.
