Компания boxberry и их дочерняя компания boxmustgo для доставки посылок из США не имеют ничего общего с транспортной/почтовой компанией, кроме вебсайта и так называемого call центра. Это посредник между клиентом и другими транспортными и почтовыми компаниями, таможенным брокерами. Доставка наших посылок заняла почти два месяца с 6 июня по 26 июля 2020, 3-5 дней из которых посылки находились на таможне. Для сравнения, обычная почта доставляет посылки 10-15 дней. Никакой ответственности компания не несёт, т.к. не имеет никакого отношения непосредственно к самому процессу логистики. В развитой стране такая компания сразу лишается любых лицензий. Решайте сами: связать свой бизнес или личные запросы с диспетчером из Екатеринбурга или с настоящим перевозчиком напрямую.

I like this service, I was able to track my package and get email notifications. There was a delay with the notifications but so far it was great. About my package, it was delivered in about 20 days with air china. However, the stuff I bought from china was a scam, the seller gave me a fake tracking number or a tracking number for a package that was sent not for me but for someone else and that's why I needed a service like this to track the tracking number step by step until it was delivered to an address in NJ, not like my address in FL. The bottom line Air China was pretty much fast was delivered in 18 days to 20 days from shipping. I just don't like how the updates take so long to show up.
