What this status means
YANWEN has marked the parcel as delivered. The bracketed note "Other secured locations" means the courier did not hand it to you in person. The driver left it somewhere they judged secure, such as a parcel locker, a mailroom, a porch, a reception desk or with a neighbour. The message is almost always preceded by "Parcel is out for delivery", so the parcel reached your area and the last step is complete.
Is my package delayed?
No. This is a final status and counts as a normal delivery. It is not an exception. The only concern is whether the parcel is actually where the driver says it is. If you have not found it, treat it as a delivery problem rather than a delay.
What happens next
Nothing further is expected from the courier. The tracking history normally ends here, and no further scans usually follow. The parcel is waiting at the place where it was left, and from this point it is your job to collect it.
What you can do
- Look around your property and common areas: porch, doorstep, side door, mailroom, lockers and reception.
- Ask neighbours, family members or building staff whether they took it in.
- Check the delivery address on your order for mistakes.
- If it is still missing, contact the seller first, with your tracking number and order details ready. They can open an enquiry with the courier. Do this soon, as claims are easier to make while the delivery is recent.
