What this status means

YANWEN has put your parcel on a truck or other vehicle at one of its facilities. It is moving between two points in the network, for example from a sorting centre to the next hub or to a carrier that takes over the next leg. It is not yet at your address and it has not been handed to a local delivery driver.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is part of the regular journey. It often appears several times in a row, and it can follow "Departed Facility" or "Batch delivery to carrier". A delay is only likely if the tracking history stops on this line for longer than the previous steps took.

What happens next

  • Most often (about 47% of cases) the next update is "Arrived at the next Facility".
  • Sometimes the parcel is loaded again or departs another facility, which shows another transfer step (about 16% and 14%).
  • Less often it is scanned at a facility with a code such as NJC01 or LAX01, which are internal sorting-facility codes.

What you can do

  • Wait and check the tracking history again later. Several transfer lines in a row are normal.
  • If the status has not changed for longer than the earlier steps took, contact the seller first, as they handle the shipment with YANWEN.
  • Have your tracking number and order details ready when you write.
  • If the parcel later shows as delivered but you have not received it, check your address details and with neighbours, then contact the seller.
