"Arrived at the next Facility" is a routine in-transit scan from YANWEN. Your parcel has reached another handling site on its route, such as a sorting or transfer centre, after leaving the previous one on a vehicle. The message does not name the site. The next scan usually does, often with a facility code.
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a standard progress scan, not an exception. Parcels usually come to it straight after "Loaded onto a vehicle" or "Departed Facility", so it simply confirms that the move between sites went as expected. It only becomes a concern if the tracking stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took.
Most often the parcel is scanned in at a named facility. In about one third of cases that is NJC01, and other codes such as DFW01, ATL01, DEN01 and SFO01 also appear. These are sorting-facility codes for the destination country. In about one in eight cases the next line is "Departed Facility", meaning the parcel was passed on to its next leg.
