What this status means
"Parcel received by in ORD01" is a Yanwen scan. ORD01 is a facility code for a sorting facility that has taken in your parcel. The parcel is in transit and has been handed over from the sender's side or an earlier carrier, so it is now inside Yanwen's network. The wording is awkward, but the scan is routine.
Is my package delayed?
No. On its own this message is normal. It is an ordinary checkpoint, not an exception or a problem report. Most parcels that reach it were previously handed to the carrier in a batch or had just been processed by the shipper.
What happens next
Most often, in about three cases out of five, the next update is "Parcel departed from Facility", meaning the parcel has left ORD01 for its next leg. In about a third of cases it is scanned at another local facility first. Either way, the parcel keeps moving toward its destination country.
