What this status means

The seller (the shipper) has entered your order into Yanwen's system and the shipping details have been registered. This is an administrative step. It does not by itself confirm that Yanwen has physically collected the parcel. In some cases the message appears after the parcel has already passed through a sorting center, so it can show up at different points in the early journey.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It only means the order data has been processed. If it stays as the latest update for longer than usual, the parcel may simply be waiting to be handed to the courier, which is mostly down to the seller's handling.

What happens next

  • Most often, about 41% of the time, a "Yanwen Pickup Scan" follows, meaning the courier has taken the parcel.
  • Other order-data updates, such as "Order Created" or "Processing information input", can appear next.
  • In some cases the parcel is scanned at a sorting facility, shown by a code such as NJC01, LAX01 or ORD01.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking the tracking history. Early updates often arrive in an irregular order.
  • If nothing changes for longer than the previous steps took, ask the seller whether the parcel has been handed to Yanwen.
  • Contact the seller or the courier only if the status stays stuck, and have your tracking number and order details ready.
