What this status means
Yun Express has handed your parcel to the local carrier in the destination country, and it has reached the delivery round that covers your area. The parcel is now close to you, in a local depot rather than in international transit. The line sometimes appears more than once in a row, usually because the local carrier sends repeated scan updates.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is a good sign, since the long-distance part of the journey is finished. A repeat of the same line is common and not a problem on its own. Only if the tracking stays unchanged for longer than the previous steps took is it worth looking into.
What happens next
The next update is either the same message again, in about half of cases, or "Out for delivery", in about half. Once the parcel is out for delivery, the local courier is carrying it to your address or to a pick-up point.
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking the tracking. Repeated lines are not a reason to worry.
- Make sure someone can receive the parcel, and check that your address and phone number in the order are correct.
- If nothing changes for longer than usual, contact the local carrier named in the tracking, or Yun Express.
- If that does not help, contact the seller. Have your tracking number and order details ready.
