What this status means
Yun Express has marked your parcel as held for collection by you, the consignee. The parcel has reached its final stage in the delivery country and is waiting at a pick-up point, local depot or delivery office instead of being brought to your door. It is not being driven around for delivery.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It usually means delivery could not be completed at the door, or that collection was the chosen delivery method. The parcel is waiting for you, so the delay now depends on when you collect it.
What happens next
Once you collect the parcel and the staff hand it over, the status normally changes to delivered. If it is not collected within the holding period, the parcel may be returned to the sender or handled as an uncollected item.
What you can do
- Find out where the parcel is held. The local delivery partner, a notice card or an SMS may give the address and opening hours.
- Collect it soon, and bring photo ID and your tracking number.
- Check whether customs duties or fees must be paid at collection.
- If you cannot find the pick-up location, or the status does not change after you collect, contact the seller or Yun Express with your tracking number and order details.
