What this status means
The message is Spanish for "Your shipment has arrived at" a named location. Is my package delayed?
No. This message is normal and is one of the last steps of the journey. It is not an exception or a sign of a problem. The parcel is at its destination and no further transport is needed.
What happens next
Nothing moves until you act. The parcel stays at the pick-up point until you collect it.
