What this status means

"Sender goods issue" is a Yun Express checkpoint from the very start of the journey. It usually means the sender has released the goods to the carrier, so the parcel has left the seller's stock and is on its way into the courier network. Shipping details were already sent to Yun Express, and in some cases to a partner carrier such as DPD, before this line appeared. The parcel is still at or near the sender's location.

Is my package delayed?

This message by itself is normal, not an exception. Despite the word "issue", it describes a routine handover step rather than a problem. It only becomes a concern if the tracking stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took.

What happens next

The parcel is normally scanned as it arrives at the first facility. In about half of cases the next line is "Arrived at origin facility", and in the other half it is "In transit". Either one means the parcel has been physically picked up and is moving.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking. The next scan often appears once the parcel reaches the first facility.
  • If the status does not change for longer than usual, ask the seller whether the parcel has really been dispatched.
  • If the seller confirms it has, contact Yun Express and give them the tracking number.
  • Keep your order details ready for either conversation.
