What this status means
Yun Express has recorded that the flight carrying your parcel did not leave at its planned time. The parcel has already been handed over for international air transport and is most likely at an airport or with the airline, waiting to be loaded. It has not been lost or returned.
Is my package delayed?
Yes, to some degree. This message is an exception, but a mild one. Flights are often rescheduled because of airline capacity, weather or airport congestion, and the parcel usually moves on once it is placed on a later flight. Expect the journey to take longer than usual, but the message alone does not point to a lost parcel.
What happens next
Once the parcel is loaded, Yun Express normally shows that the international flight has departed. After that come arrival in the destination country, customs clearance and handover to a local carrier for delivery. Tracking may stay quiet for a while between these steps, which is normal for air freight.
