What this status means
4PX has received your parcel at one of its facilities, usually in China, and has weighed and measured it. This is an early step, after pickup or after the seller handed the parcel over. The parcel is inside 4PX's network and is being prepared for onward shipping. The facility name sometimes appears in the line, for example Nancheng.
Is my package delayed?
This message by itself is normal. It is a routine checkpoint and not an exception. The same line often appears more than once, and it can be followed by other early scans such as "Received by logistics company". That does not mean something went wrong. In rare cases a later message reports a restriction on the contents, such as magnetic items, which can stop a parcel from going by air.
What happens next
Most often the parcel is scanned again at the facility, or it leaves for a service provider, which is the next leg of its journey. Sometimes it is logged as received by a logistics company or processed at a sorting center. After that it normally moves toward export and international transport.

- Wait and keep checking. Early scans can be spaced out, and a quiet period between them is common.
- If the tracking stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took, contact the seller first, since they handed the parcel to 4PX.
- If the seller cannot help, contact 4PX Express.
- Have your tracking number and order details ready.
