As I live in Melbourne Australia and I don't speak Portugese (i am using Google Translator) I am not familiar with the required form that you have mentioned in your response "PI", request for information. Are you able to email the mentioned form "PI" to me. Very slow, but the detailed frequent tracking notifications I received from Package Radar were informative and helpful in tracing the package.

Took a bit longer then expected for a parcel from Sydney, Australia to NZ (2 weeks), but the tracking was updated every few days and kept me informed that it wasn't lost or stuck somewhere. (also there was a lockdown in Sydney + NZ, which I'm sure didn't help things) Parcel arrived with no damage.
