Отзыв пишу 29.05.2020.года,а дата последнего отслеживания по почте Австралии 08.04.2020 года. Отслеживаю с 8 апреля по два раза в сутки,но нет никакого обновления.Созванивалась с почтой России,посылка на территории России не регистрировалась.Получается,что посылка исчезла в неизвестном направлении с почты Австралии.Вопрос- как и с кого мне взыскивать деньги за утерянную посылку? В разделе"помощь" не проходит мой индекс 660131,по связи с почтой Австралии отвечает бот односложно,связи с живым агентом почты нет,так,что невозможно получить ответ на конкретный вопрос.

As I live in Melbourne Australia and I don't speak Portugese (i am using Google Translator) I am not familiar with the required form that you have mentioned in your response "PI", request for information. Are you able to email the mentioned form "PI" to me. Or would you be able to provide an international telephone number so I can call the relevant person to contact who requires to be able to speak English. Very slow, but the detailed frequent tracking notifications I received from Package Radar were informative and helpful in tracing the package.

Took a bit longer then expected for a parcel from Sydney, Australia to NZ (2 weeks), but the tracking was updated every few days and kept me informed that it wasn't lost or stuck somewhere. (also there was a lockdown in Sydney + NZ, which I'm sure didn't help things) Parcel arrived with no damage.
