За 2,5 месяца бандероль UA713260462HK так и не дошла до местного почтового отделения. И это уже 3-й случай, приходится заводить волокиту по возврату денег, но и это не всегда срабатывает. На "горячей линии" Почты России ответили, что некоторые посылки на территории России не регистрируются и не отслеживаются Получается, что их спокойно можно похитить по пути следования в любом месте!!! Почта не гарантирует(!) их доставку и сохранность! Это что за беспредел? Ведь за посылку покупатель заплатил деньги! Почему на это безобразие спокойно смотрит Минсвязи??? Что делать потребителю? Подавать в суд на Министерство связи?

It's been 85 days, product number LP00134169629016 (YWB061908205PH) didn't reach me. Still the product does not seem to have arrived in the country. I need feedback until August 8th.
