Therefore, when I write (complain) in writing that I have not received the parcel, from a legal point of view I am absolutely right, the sender of the parcel is at fault. His fault lies in the fact that the parcel did not reach the recipient, because he did not take proper care of the delivery of the parcel at its departure. There is a postal rule about the delivery of a parcel signed by the recipient with the presentation of a personal passport. In the case of missing a parcel, the sender of the parcel should contact the post office and apply for a search, the recipient does not have such a right.
