Ну о корректности здесь речи и быть не может. Сотрудники почты, действительно, читать отзывы не станут, будут продолжать свою не лёгкую работу по не оказанию профессиональных услуг населению. Жалобная книга говорите?!! А для чего тогда нужна эта лента отзывов, чтоб сотрудникам почты одно место нализывать и говорить что всё замечательно? Я скажу, вы обнаглели уже за гранью по отношению к людям, хотя есть с кого пример брать, всё тоже самое, только в меньших масштабах.
