11 ноября заказал посылку на АлиЭкспресс. 26 ноября она прибыла прибыла на таможню из Китая (место отправки указано Владивосток) с 27 ноября отслеживание стало показывать "ошибка таможенного оформления" Что? как? почему? понять не мог. прошли дни пока я вышел на ЮНИТРЕЙД, после сверки по телефону паспорта и ИНН сказали ждать посылочку, но статус "ошибки таможенного оформления" остался, я вновь обратился в ЮНИТРЕЙД, мне посоветовали прислать на таможню Уссурийск ксерокопию паспорта. послал требуемое. 11 декабря "посылка передана курьеру" согласно трекера DPD до сих пор остаётся в этом статусе. в тоже время согласно 2-х китайских трекеров посылка "выпущена таможней 14 декабря". с тех пор её статус не менялся. в DPD информации о посылке нет. Таможня кивает на DPD, DPD кивает на Таможню или называет другие адреса доставки. китайский магазин советует ждать. Сегодня получил 2-е уведомление об истечении срока доставки. Это 1 -я покупка 2 последующих заказа получил без требований паспортных данных.

The product is not delivered. The last notice 'Package arrived to destination airport' was on Nov 22nd (42 days ago), then no activity at all. Looks like product has been lost/stolen just after crossing the Russian border. The seller has agreed to open the dispute and refund the lost order, thanks to him! No complaints to him at all. Just Russian post... (((

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! So, I would definitely recommend this Supplier by combination of Product quality/price, Order Processing Speed, Professionalism in technical issues, Quick and comfortable communication, short delivery time. Still have not received my parcel and there has been no updates from the 16 Nov 2019 however no fault to the service delivery as there are such matters which we have no control over.However i am happy about other packages being delivered as promised.
