Это какой-то ужас. Посылка не отслеживаемая. Хожу на почту, прошу искать. Посылки нет. Такие вещи происходят только на УкрПочте. Посылки могут отправить на отделения в другой конец города и без разницы, что адрес и индекс написан правильно. Если посылка отслеживаемая, еще есть возможность забрать. Неослежка может исчезнуть. Вам будут улыбаться на почте, даже сочувствовать. Но посылку вы НЕ ПОЛУЧИТЕ. Китайцы тоже не горят желанием оплачивать потребности работников УкрПочты. Эти споры выиграть очень сложно. Вам скажут посылка уже в стране, ждите. Резюмирую. УкрПочта это самая ужасная доставка на Украине. Им по шарабану вы и ваши деньги, ваше время и ваши нервы. Кстати как мне сказали в моем отделении, посылки могут пропасть сразу после таможни.

The product is not delivered. The last notice 'Package arrived to destination airport' was on Nov 22nd (42 days ago), then no activity at all. Looks like product has been lost/stolen just after crossing the Russian border. The seller has agreed to open the dispute and refund the lost order, thanks to him! No complaints to him at all. Just Russian post... (((

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! So, I would definitely recommend this Supplier by combination of Product quality/price, Order Processing Speed, Professionalism in technical issues, Quick and comfortable communication, short delivery time. Still have not received my parcel and there has been no updates from the 16 Nov 2019 however no fault to the service delivery as there are such matters which we have no control over.However i am happy about other packages being delivered as promised.
