Посылка прибыла в почтовое отделение 129110, по моему месту жительства, и пролежала там месяц. Никаких уведомлений о ее прибытии я не получал. При отслеживании пути посылки на сайте Aliexpress, последняя информация была о прибытии посылки в офис доставки в России и никакой конкретики. Где этот офис, какой у него номер, ничего конкретного. При попытке найти посылку по другим сайтам отслеживания, 9 сайтов указывали что посылка поступила в почтовое отделение аэропорта Внуково и месяц его не покидало. И только когда сроки все прошли на десятом сайте я нашел информацию что посылка пролежала в почтовом отделении 129110 и потом поступила обратно в почтовое отделение аэропорта Внуково для отправки обратно как не востребованная. Считаю что на сайте Aliexpress информация не конкретная и не указывает какой Российской службой, каким способом посылка должна быть доставлена. Но основная вина на Почте России. Как выяснилось со следующей посылкой из Нижнего Новгорода. Когда посылка поступила в почтовое отделение 129110 не сработала программа присваивающая местный номер и поэтому ее долго не могли найти, а поскольку нет номера, то программа не печатает уведомлении о прибытии и не не отправляет его. По словам работников почтового отделения программа стоила очень больших денег и установлена компанией выигравшей тендер на разработку программы. Не хочу больше иметь ни каких дел с Почтой России, они только штрафы и налоги доставляют гарантировано.

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! Still have not received my parcel and there has been no updates from the 16 Nov 2019 however no fault to the service delivery as there are such matters which we have no control over.However i am happy about other packages being delivered as promised.

Ordered embroidery machine on 11/30/2019. Received confirmation from steelmatics. Tracking with osm/ST Express. Tracking showed in transit then changed to delivered in San Francisco. I notified store , SF Express, and usps. Tracking changed again to in transit and then secondAry processing center where it continues to show destination. I have never received answer from any one I have contacted other than USPS who told me I had been scammed. Store site no longer appears on face book as before . Will never order from China again especially if it shows sf express, steelmetrics, or unbelievable price.
