Посылка не получена, спор невозможно открыть, форма заполняется и при попытке написать, что посылка не доставлена, переходит на страницу доставки. Магазин - обманщики, категорически не рекомендую! Алиэкспресс почему-то их покрывает, статус посылки уже больше месяца: "прибыло в страну назначения". Может и на почте потеряли-украли, х.з.
