На али был сделан заказ. По Китаю и на таможне посылка прошла быстро, но на 16 день движения посылка остановилось в России со статусом "В пути". В личном кабинет 5Post был создан Инцидент "Где посылка", где техподдержка ответила, что посылка находится в пути. Через какое-то время пытаясь задать повторно создать инцидент сделать это не вышло. Поле просто не видит номер посылки и отправить запрос нельзя. По прошествии 90+9 дней али деньги вернул.
