Заказал защитную пленку для планшета. Продавец отправил товар мне, но посылка потерялась где-то в России и до сих пор не пришла. Когда истекал срок защиты покупателя, я написал продавцу и предложил продлить этот срок, но продавец проигнорировал мое предложение. Но тем не менее, когда я открыл спор, продавец быстро отреагировал и вернул деньги. К сожалению, качество товара не довелось пощупать.

The Ali Express sender insists that he allegedly aggregated two items into one package, but I found only the larger one in the packaging and no smaller item.

I believe my USD690 smartphone parcel was lost/stolen in transit. Truly dissapointed. 90 days of my time wasted trying to fight for a refund and still ongoing.
