Вторая моя посылка в России больше месяца.В мой город она не поступала.Звонила в почту России там говорят пишите заявление.На сайте завление не написать там бланк не корректный.Так как посылка из Китая с живым консультантом связаться просто невозможно.У нас в городе тоже посылки нет.Так что концов не найти.Деньги оплаченные за посылку не вернуть и спор не открыть так как посылка числится в пути да еще и в России.Вот так то делайте выводы!

I believe my USD690 smartphone parcel was lost/stolen in transit. Truly dissapointed. 90 days of my time wasted trying to fight for a refund and still ongoing.

Заказ UM340100257HK был сделан 17.11.2020.Прошло уже 41 день.Служба доставки по времени доставки работает очень плохо.На это наверное есть причины-чёрная пятница и предновогодние праздники.По крайней мере время ещё есть до открытия спора!!!Подождём. С Наступающим Новым Годом!!!
