DPD не может разобраться со своими контрактами с точками выдачи, гоняет посылки из точки в точку. Причем, изменение точки выдачи заранее они просто игнорируют. Зная их ситуацию по опыту с предыдущими посылками, что они не могут доставить в постомат PickPoint заранее у всех посылок через их сайт поменял точку доставки - не помогло. В день доставки, звонит их робот и опять требует выбрать пункт доставки. Соответственно, в этот день посылка не доставляется, процесс начинается сначала. К сожалению, доставка PLUS на AliEpress, если выбирать "доставку до точки выдачи", а иногда и "до адреса" завязана на DPD. Не рекомендую пользоваться услугами этой компании, если есть возможность этого избежать.

Merci mai ricevute, ho scritto al venditore per allungare garanzia e aspettare un altro mese ma non legge i messaggi. Quindi non riceverò la merce né il rimborso perché a detta delle poste cinesi il pacchetto è stato consegnato. Ma non a me. Pazienza.

Very dissatisfied, The item had broken and not useable, first it takes a lot of days then sent me item in cut pieces, i wanted to return and suit against this but i could not find any way to do this.
