посылка не отслеживалась,извещений не было, посылка(маленький пакет) была доставлена в почтовый ящик. Может работники почтового отделения и поступили по своим установленным правилам, но мне такой подход не нравится. Может можно ведь позвонить по указанному телефону на посылке и ускорить вопрос вручения посылки адресату. Но можно конечно и их понять, посылок, даже по сравнению с летом, стало больше Но осадок остался тем более в другом п.о., где еще я получаю посылки, процесс оповещения немного иной. P.S. " не превращайте раздел в жалобную книгу."- а что Вы хотите, только похвалу? "Администрация оставляет за собой право не публиковать отзыв без объяснения причин", в итоге отзыв в корзину.

Merci mai ricevute, ho scritto al venditore per allungare garanzia e aspettare un altro mese ma non legge i messaggi. Quindi non riceverò la merce né il rimborso perché a detta delle poste cinesi il pacchetto è stato consegnato. Ma non a me. Pazienza.

Very dissatisfied, The item had broken and not useable, first it takes a lot of days then sent me item in cut pieces, i wanted to return and suit against this but i could not find any way to do this.

I order flatware package 3 months ago It say on the seller website it will be delivered within 10-15 days Package is not delivered and tracking is stopped Still in transit Contacted the seller and post office with no luck Unhappy and disappointed
