Заказ доехал до Новосибирска за 4 дня и потом ещё 5 дней (не)доставляли по городу. На сайте указана "планируемая дата доставки - 15 января", а на вопрос 17го в чате службы доставки о том, что с этой даты 2 дня уже прошло отвечают общими фразами: отслеживайте статус на сайте. При этом статус на сайте с "лежит на складе" на "доставляется курьером" своевременно не поменялся - смс о том, что курьер приедет в течение дня пришло с утра, а статус на сайте сменился только после обеда. Телефон для связи с курьером и вовсе появился за полчаса для доставки. Если не сидеть постоянно дома в ожидании заказа, то есть все шансы, что его доставят когда вас дома и не будет

Very dissatisfied, The item had broken and not useable, first it takes a lot of days then sent me item in cut pieces, i wanted to return and suit against this but i could not find any way to do this.

I order flatware package 3 months ago It say on the seller website it will be delivered within 10-15 days Package is not delivered and tracking is stopped Still in transit Contacted the seller and post office with no luck Unhappy and disappointed

Many problems with China Post. Orders returns many times until shipped and pass the time. This order shipped after 27 days. It needs at leaat one month for delivery. So the Period for delivery is 75-80.
