Безобразная работа! 48 дней транспортная кампания приняла посылку, и сразу отслеживание прекращено, посылка не доставлена, никакой информации нет и, более того, при попытке отслеживания выдается информация: "ДОСТАВКА НЕВОЗМОЖНА" ! И всё! Ни посылки, ни информации, открытый спор с магазином также ни к чему не привел, деньги не вернули! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ связываться с этой транспортной кампанией!!

I ordered this convertible sofa at the beginning of April and have yet to receive my package. I have heard that some packages can take up to 3 months to deliver (which seems ridiculous to me), but I am currently on month 5... Still waiting... Any help would be greatly appreciated

Item arrived VERY FAST from China. Unlike other package tracking sites, it was very useful getting the frequent push notifications by emails from PackageRadar. No other site provides such a push notification service.

Looks like there are some troubles with delivering with this method from China to Belarus. I already have 2 parcels that haven't arrived at all after 75 dayd and other 4 that are wandering within China for more than a month. At the same time other orders from China with different delivery service arrive successfully. So there is a problem with China Air service only
