What this status means
Your parcel was sent back and the seller's side has now signed for it. Aliexpress Standard Shipping records this when the returned parcel reaches the seller or the seller's agent in the country it originally shipped from. The parcel is no longer travelling toward you.
Is my package delayed?
This message is an exception, not a delay. It means the delivery did not go through and the parcel has come back. It usually follows the step where the delivery company at the departure country received the returned parcel, which is what happened in almost every case (94%).
What happens next
Most often (about 81%) the next entry says the parcel was returned to an overseas warehouse and inbound was successful, which closes the return. In a small number of cases the order is registered again or the seller reships it. Sometimes a note appears about incorrect or incomplete recipient information.
What you can do
- Check the order page for a refund or reshipment update, and keep watching the tracking history.
- Check that the delivery address and phone number on the order are correct and complete.
- If the return was unexpected, message the seller and ask why the parcel came back and whether they will resend it.
- If the seller does not respond or no refund appears, open a dispute through the marketplace. Have your order number and tracking number ready.
