What this status means
"Handover from return warehouse" means your parcel is on its way back to the sender. It has already been sent back from the destination side and reached a return warehouse in the country it started from. Now the warehouse has passed it to a local delivery company for the last leg back to the seller or the seller's warehouse.
Is my package delayed?
This message is an exception. It is not a normal delivery step, because the parcel is being returned and not delivered to you. The message itself is routine within a return and does not signal a new problem. The cause is usually something that happened earlier, such as a failed delivery, a customs or safety restriction, or an address issue.
What happens next
Most often the next update says the delivery company in the country of departure has received the returned parcel. After that, a few parcels show "Returned parcel is signed by seller", which means the return is complete. Occasionally the order is registered again or the parcel moves back to a transport hub.

- Keep checking the tracking history. Updates on returns can be slow and may come in bursts.
- Look at the earlier messages to see why the parcel came back.
- If you still want the item, message the seller and ask whether they will resend it or refund you.
- If the return is not signed for longer than usual, open a dispute or contact the seller. Have your tracking number and order details ready.
