I ordered a cell phone case April 17th 2018. My purchased item has been held for 76 days?? I dont know why this is taking so long, or what the hold up is?? It says do not turn this section into a complaint book!! Well unfortunately there is nothing positive to say!!!

My ebay auction package that left China on Jun 25 and was due to be delivered on Jul 9 was never delivered to Walnut Creek, California, USA as of today which is July 29. It appears after entering the tracking # the package was successfully delivered to New Braunfels, Texas, USA on Jul 2. If all the shipping information was correct is it possible to track my package down? There doesn't appear to be a way to resolve this issue. I don't mean to be a complaint I just want my package.

Ordered from June 18 and up until today August 27 I still have not received my order. They say it's been delivered and I checked my post office and they said they did not receive it, so am left to think the whole thing is a Scam showing false tracking info.
