Часики пришли быстро. Упаковано хорошо, в коробочке, в отличном состоянии. Правда, дядюшка Ляу очевидно случайно перепутал модель часов. Вместо – Умные часы V66S с Цветным экраном которые были заявлены на сайте JOOM и мною выбранные в Магазине Etcy, мне прислали другую модель – Смарт браслет V66 с монохромным экраном Smart Wristband, отчего я разочарован и очень сожалею. The clock came quickly. Packed well, in a box, in excellent condition. However, uncle Liu obviously accidentally mixed up the watch model. V66S Smart watch with a Color screen which was stated on the website JOOM and I selected in Store Etcy, they sent me a different model – V66 smart bracelet with monochrome screen Smart Wristband, am I disappointed and very sorry.

I haven't been able to receive any information on my package which has been in transit for 69 days. Would like to he able to get a refund or know when I can expect it. Very dissatisfied

I have been to my local post office 3 times which have been of no use at all. They gave me a number for Chicago we’re my package arrived in 8/29/18 after I spoke w them they told me to contact China. I stated China has nothing to do with it, the package arrived in USA. I tried to call Chicago customs at least 15 times the phone just rings never get a answer or can leave a message. I think the us post office lost passage or it has been stolen by an employee. I will use federal express or Ups for further mailing. I have left emails for post office with no response. Anyone having mail sent to them please use a better postal service Paula E
