Просрочено все, что только можно. Это были брошки из Китая. Пакет бросили в почтовый ящик. Ни извещений, ни оповещений. Просто бросили в ящик пакет. Как такое может быть? Уже 2 раз у меня такое с товаром заказанным на Али. Такое ощущение, что просрочив доставку ее просто подбрасывают в ящик чтоб не регистрировать сроки и в надежде, что клиент, получив отправление не будет заявлять ни о чем.

My package was never delivered after numerous emails without any response I called my credit card company and told them this . For something that’s advertised to be delivered in 5to 7 business days that’s terrible service.

Been waiting since 2 weeks before christmas of 2018 on this parcel to be delivered and still havent gotten one update as to where it is since Dec. 2018. Ive gotten in touch with top hatter.com and they told me if its not arrived by Feb. the 18th then they will refund my money. But im not doing business with them ever again.

Package is not delivered, and tracking never updated. Where is my package? This package cost me $300+ USD. How can there be no updates after 41 days?
