Package tracker says item delivered on 31/05/2019, but this is not so. The package has never arrived. package LL297236166CN service China EMS ePacket.

Package entered Canada May 29. It passed Canadian Customs on Jun 3 and was turned over to Canada Post. Canada Post says they delivered the package on Jun 13 but they delivered it to the wrong address and I never got it. The problem with packages coming from China is not with China's postal system, it is with Canada's. Packages with tracking numbers starting with "LP" can sit in Canada Customs for over 4 months before processing. This is because Canada Post receives no revenue for delivery and therefore they give these packages the absolute lowest priority.
