посылку получил в целости и сохранности. До Краснодара дошла за 26дней （не быстро）. Пообщался в чате с сотрудниками СДЭК по поводу изменения времени доставки（планы изменились）. Так скажу, в моем понимании, ерундовый вопрос, оказалось огромная проблема！За 1.5часа общения в чате сменилось человек 8-10 операторов, никто нормально не смог решить вопрос. Последний оператор все таки сообщил что дату доставки успешно изменили согласно моей заявки. И что бы вы думали？Посылку доставили в дату и время первоначально назначенное！Случайно дома оказалось кому принять ее！Я не пойму, за что сотрудники СДЭК（поддержка в чате） зарплату получают？

The item arrived in time and in perfect conditions. The carrier was very careful and didn't brake the thin and long frame. This merit is remarkable because the long carbon fiber beam is 75cm long, 3mm diameter and no protection was provided by the seller. It was in a simple plastic bag. Thank you carrier.

After asking the Post Office client service, it seems that the package is delivered on a totally different address. The seller is now informed about this phenomena...
