Hi Logistic team I was notified via email that this package was delivered on August 31 however I haven't received it yet as the gate was closed. Neither the delivery card was left in my letter box advising that I've missed the delivery to arrange for collection etc... Australia Post normally left the missed delivery card if I am not home so I then can go to the post office stated in the card for collection. Can you please advise where exactly my package is so I can come and pick up, otherwise I am going to open a dispute against this delivery. Looking forward to hearing from you asap. My package was delivered to Brooklyn and was to be delivered to Pasadena Texas. I would not recommend
