это не служба доставки ...а полный кошмар.. третий раз мне отправляют посылки этой службой ...и третий раз посылки пропадают так как нет у них трека..в почте России разговаривать не желают...если первые буквы трека посылки начинаются на AQ, то о посылке можно практически забыть....

I have the message to puckup the order but have no idea where the order is because I have no other information where to pickup. I paid for the order to be delivered to my house, not to be picked up "have no idea where"! It's not true that the order was in distribution, I'm at home 24/7.
