RL7********CN not delivered in 72 days

Посылка отслеживалась последний раз 21мая 2018г. Перед этим 14апреля 2018г. После последнего отслеживания прошло 9дней. Где посылка-я не знаю. Было написано заявление о пропаже посылки. По данным отслеживания-посылка находится во Всеволожске уже больше месяца. В отдел доставки не дозвониться, просто не берут трубку телефона. Работа почты-ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНА!!!
