Отзыв службам Почты России: 06.03.18 посылка была принята в отделении связи в Китае 12.04.18 прибыла в отделение связи 357502 г. Пятигорска. Сегодня 11.06.18, а я ее не могу получить. В отделении связи 357502 говорят, что "перенаправили посылку на верный адрес", т.е. на сортировку, куда она, по сведениям сортировки, не прибыла. 3.05.18 я подала заявление о недоставке посылки зам. начальника главпочтамта г. Пятигорска С.А. Крюковой, которая согласилась, что потеря посылки - вина отделения 357502, обещала разобраться, и о результатах сообщить мне. Я указала стоимость посылки, свой адрес и телефон. Результатов нет. Интересно, что все подчиненные С.А. Крюковой требуют квитанцию из Китая, "чтобы отправить ее в Москву". Неужели из Москвы должны приехать и искать потерю в пятигорском отделении связи?!

This website was much help when I was given a wrong tracking number and was tracking until I was notified the item has arrived but to the other customer. then I called the Post Office to tell me I was given a wrong tracking number
