German Post lost the package and German Post communicate "sucessfully delivered" to the seller. Now i have no package and no refund.

it has been 37 days that my packages have been in some transit. its supposed to be on a flight coming to my destination from china but its still stuck in transit. can sombody give me any answers on who to contact about this.
