К качеству рюкзака претензий нет,пошит хорошо,три отделения основных и внутри на молнии два,отлично.Есть претензия к доставке,она не удовлетворительная,а точнее плохая.Во-первых товар с 16 декабря по 11 января вообще не отслеживался,во-вторых слишком долгая доставка,46 дней,сам рюкзак понравился,продавцу 5 баллов.

Whatever is sent via Suzhou will be delivered very late. Post office in Suzhou works as in the Middle Ages.

Original delivery time stated as within 7 days. Not true waited just over 3 weeks. Tracking said delivery attempt failed. Not true, item received after the incorrect tracking message was given

My package was never delivered after numerous emails without any response I called my credit card company and told them this . For something that’s advertised to be delivered in 5to 7 business days that’s terrible service.
