I don’t know where my package is and I have very little help or understanding to what is going on. I have been extremely patient and pleasant in this whole matter.

Took 27days from leaving China to get to Australia! I'd like to know where it went during that time, as it's only a few hours flight from China to Australia, even with a stop over in Taiwan, it won't take 27 days, so where does it go?
