В какой стране? И такая "информация" по большинству посылок, а по некоторым еще более странная. Посылка на 28 января 2021 года не получена, а возврат денежных средств задерживается.

Many problems with China Post. Orders returns many times until shipped and pass the time. This order shipped after 27 days. It needs at leaat one month for delivery. So the Period for delivery is 75-80.

No problemas with CHINA Post ore SPAIN post, yes with the company I have ordered a mini Ice Machine , the have send a watch so the can claim the package have been delivered.
