Из двух отправленных посылок, наконец то и вторая пришла в пункт назначения. К сожалению, как и первая в клочья разорванная. Очень жаль, что отзывы будут читать не сотрудники службы доставки. Мои родители пенсионеры отправляют родным эти коробки с надеждой, что за не маленький деньги, адресат получит все в целости и сохранности, но нет. Бабушка, которой 97 лет должна не спать ночами, а думать как же так, что можно разорвать чужую почту , ну и просто переделить все наполовину. Немцы здесь на месте говорят, ну коробка же дошла и разводят руками, а почта России отвечает, что так и было, ну наверное мы разорванное все и отправляли. Стыд и позор, слов нет

I thought the package would have been delivered sooner since it's in Europe. Anyway all good and in good conditions.

Great service from DHL Paket and South African postal service. My parcel was delivered within 28 days after being posted in Germany. I paid extra for the expedited Service Premium and recommend paying the extra fee for that as it surely helped.

At first the transport from China to Germany took over 75 days and then the shipment is lost after it left customs in Frankfurt.
