Deutsche Post has finished processing your parcel in Germany and is sending it abroad. It is leaving the export parcel center and travelling to the destination country or region. There it will be handed over to the local delivery organization, usually the national postal service. The parcel is in transit between countries, not at your door yet.
No. This message by itself is a normal step for international shipments. Most parcels arrive at this step directly from the export parcel center. The tracking history may then go quiet while the parcel is moving between countries, because few scans happen in transit. A quiet period is not a problem on its own.
Most often, in about half of cases (57%), the next message says the shipment has arrived in the destination country or region. Sometimes it is first booked for transport on an aircraft. After arrival, customs processing and handover to the local carrier follow. Later updates may be written in the destination carrier's own language, for example Russian for parcels going to Russia.
