DPD Belgium tried to hand your parcel over to a pickup point (a shop or locker that holds parcels for collection), but the point had no room to store it. The parcel was not lost or damaged. It is still with DPD, most likely at the local delivery depot, and has not reached the pickup point yet.
This message is an exception, not a routine step. It means the planned drop-off did not happen, so your parcel will probably arrive later than first expected. It does not by itself mean a serious problem, since the cause is a full pickup point rather than an issue with your parcel or address.
DPD will normally try again once the pickup point has space, or send the parcel to another point. When that works, the tracking history should show that the parcel has been dropped off at the pickup point, and you should get a notification that it is ready to collect. Until then the parcel stays at the depot.
