DPD Belgium has found that your parcel does not fit its automated sorting line. It may be an unusual shape, size or weight, or the packaging or label may be hard for the machines to handle. The parcel is at a DPD depot or sorting hub and is being handled by hand or on a separate lane instead of the main conveyor.
This message by itself is not a sign of loss or damage. It is an exception to the normal flow, though, and manual handling can take longer than the previous steps. A new scan will usually show whether the parcel has moved on.
Once the parcel has been sorted on the special lane, it should be scanned again and loaded onto transport towards the delivery depot. After that it normally goes out for delivery with a local driver. Large or awkward parcels may be delivered in a different way from standard ones.
