Не рекомендую связываться с Fedex в Украине, т.к. они делегируют свою работу TNT Ukraine, и здесь начинается приключение. Вам присылают безмолвное письмо что на ваше имя пришла посылка требующая таможенных процедур, и мол разбирайтесь сами, как справитесь прикрепляйте все документы в ответе. Я бы был согласен с таким подходом, если бы клиент мог попросить доставить посылку на таможенный терминал в ближайшем городе, чтобы при желании оформить посылку самостоятельно. Но нет, посылка зафиксирована в Киеве, и никаких вариантов, кроме заказать их собственные брокерские услуги - нет. Как по мне, грабеж и провокация.
